Spicy Sashimi Salmon Hand Rolls (Easy, High-Protein, and No Sushi Mat Needed)

These spicy sashimi salmon hand rolls are a quick, flavorful, and protein-packed way to enjoy sushi at home, no rolling mat required!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz sashimi-grade salmon cubed
  • 1 tbsp kewpie mayo
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp teriyaki takumi or soy sauce
  • 1 cup sushi rice (cooked)
  • Furikake seasoning
  • 4 nori sheets
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
  • 2 pieces green onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Tobiko

Instructions
 

  • Mix salmon, mayo, sriracha, teriyaki sauce, green onion and tobiko in a bowl.
  • Place rice and furikake on nori. Add salmon mix and cucumber.
  • Roll into cone shape and seal.
  • Serve immediately with optional soy sauce or wasabi.
