Meatless Chick'n and Chaffles

A brunch delight that's easy to whip up and everyone can enjoy. So, to all my vegetarian friends, try this meatless, low-carb version of chicken and waffles.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 meatless chick'n tenders (Gardein Brand)
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning (if not available, use your favorite seasoning)
  • 2 tbsp chili crunch hot honey

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat waffle maker, and air-fryer at 375F
  • Prep the grated cheese and avocado and your chosen seasoning.
  • Add the chick'n tenders. Air-fry for 13-18 minutes. While your chick'n are cooking, make the chaffles.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese in the waffle iron, add half an avocado, season and cover with cheese. Close and cook for at least 1 minute
  • Repeat the process until you've used up all the cheese and avocado, you should have 4 chaffles at the end.
  • Each avocado chaffle should be topped with one chicken tender that has been sliced.
  • Drizzle your dish with Chili Crunch Hot Honey and enjoy. This step is optional, but highly recommended.
