Meatless Chick'n and Chaffles

A brunch delight that's easy to whip up and everyone can enjoy. So, to all my vegetarian friends, try this meatless, low-carb version of chicken and waffles.

- 4 meatless chick'n tenders (Gardein Brand)
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp creole seasoning (if not available, use your favorite seasoning)
- 2 tbsp chili crunch hot honey
Pre-heat waffle maker, and air-fryer at 375F
Prep the grated cheese and avocado and your chosen seasoning.
Add the chick'n tenders. Air-fry for 13-18 minutes. While your chick'n are cooking, make the chaffles.
Sprinkle shredded cheese in the waffle iron, add half an avocado, season and cover with cheese. Close and cook for at least 1 minute
Repeat the process until you've used up all the cheese and avocado, you should have 4 chaffles at the end.
Each avocado chaffle should be topped with one chicken tender that has been sliced.
Drizzle your dish with Chili Crunch Hot Honey and enjoy. This step is optional, but highly recommended.
