Easy Air-fried Protein Packed Bagels

Make soft, chewy, high-protein bagels in under 15 minutes using Kodiak pancake mix and Chobani Greek yogurt. This no-yeast, air fryer with 13g protein each. Perfect for quick, healthy breakfasts or snacks!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kodiak protein mix (buttermilk/original)
  • 1 cup Greek plain yogurt

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for serving)
  • cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix Kodiak pancake mix and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  • Lightly flour your surface and knead the dough for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  • Divide into 4 equal parts. Roll each into a rope and form a bagel shape.
  • Top bagels with mozzarella and Italian seasoning.
  • Spray each bagel with cooking spray
  • Place in preheated air fryer basket (in batches if needed).
  • Air fry at 375°F for 9–12 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy!

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, and reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
