- 1 cup Kodiak protein mix (buttermilk/original)
- 1 cup Greek plain yogurt
Toppings:
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, mix Kodiak pancake mix and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
Lightly flour your surface and knead the dough for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
