Tuna salad is a classic lunch staple that is delicious and easy to make. With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up a batch of tuna salad that will satisfy you.

Ingredients
  

Tuna Salad

  • 1 can (5 oz) Tuna, canned Wild Planet Foods Brand
  • 2-3 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 3 tbsp red onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Rice Bowl

  • Tuna Salad mixture
  • 1 cup white or brown rice
  • 1/2 cucumber, cubed or sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sriracha mayo
  • Nori Sheets (optional)

Sandwich

  • Tuna salad mixture
  • 2 slices bread white or wheat
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • Spinach or arugula

Instructions
 

  • Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Serve it on a rice bowl or sandwich
