taro boba popsicle

Taro boba popsicle is a refreshing treat for this summer. It is delicious, and the boba pearls add a chewy texture, making this popsicle even more enjoyable.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs taro milk powder (jbasket brand)
  • 2 packs brown sugar boba
  • 1.5 cups water

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
  • Once the water is ready, transfer the water into a bowl with a spout. Add the taro powder, and mix well.
  • Add the boba pearls to the taro mixture and mix well—microwave for 1 minute.
  • Spoon some boba pearls into the silicone popsicle mold, and evenly pour the taro mixture into each mold (leave room for the rest of the boba pearls, do not overfill the mold).
  • Evenly add the boba pearls to each popsicle mold. Add the popsicle stick lids.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Tips:
  • For a richer flavor, use milk instead of water.
  • For a sweeter taste, add more sugar to the mixture
  • For a chewier texture, add the boba to the boiling water before adding the taro mixture.
