- 1 box cheddar bay biscuit mix (Red Lobster brand)
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup shredded smoky pepper cheese (Cello brand)
- 8 oz large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- creole seasoning (for shrimp)
Topping
- 2 tbsp olive oil (ormelted butter)
- garlic herb blend seasoning (included from the box mix)
Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the biscuit mix box (425 F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix, shrimp, and cheese and slowly pour in the water. Stir until a soft dough forms
Divide the biscuit dough into equal-sized portions using an ice cream scoop. This makes ten pieces, and add them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix olive oil and garlic herb blend powder in a small bowl. Brush each biscuit dough
FYI: You can also add this after baking, all up to your preference.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the biscuits for 14-18 minutes. My batch cooked for 17 minutes.
Remove the biscuits from the oven once the biscuits are done baking (optional: brush the tops with a little olive oil garlic herb mixture).
Serve and Enjoy
