Peanut Butter Brownies

If you're looking for a low-sugar treat that won't derail your progress. Fear not! Peanut butter sugar-free brownies are here to save the day. These brownies are rich, fudgy, and packed with peanut butter flavor. But they're also lower in sugar, so you can enjoy them guilt-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Sugar-free brownie mix (Pillsbury brand)
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (no sugar added)

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line an 8x8 baking pan wiith parchment paper for easy cleaning. 
  • Whisk together the melted butter, egg, and water in a large bowl. 
  • Add the sugar-free brownie mix into the bowl and mix until well combined. 
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and swirl in the peanut butter on top.
  • Bake the brownie for 20-25 minutes. Be sure, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before serving and cutting into squares.

Notes

Tips:
  • For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips.
  • Top with a peanut butter frosting or a drizzle of chocolate ganache to make the brownies even more decadent.
  • Store any leftover brownies in a sealed container at room temperature for 3 days.
