Mango pico de gallo

This delicious and refreshing salsa is perfect for spring and summer to beat the heat. It is made with simple ingredients, perfect for tacos, burritos, nachos, or as a dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp  lime juice
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, red bell pepper, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve mango pico de gallo with tacos, burritos, nachos, or as a dip.
