A quick and flavorful salmon belly bowl air fried with Japanese barbecue sauce and served with rice, broccoli salad, and cucumber.

Ingredients
  

  • 6-7 oz salmon belly (bit-sized)
  • 2 tbsp Bachan's Hot & Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce
  • Creole seasoning
  • 1/2 cup steamed white rice
  • 1 cup mix broccoli salad
  • 1/2 tbsp hot & spicy sauce (dressing for broccoli)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (sliced)
  • furikake (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Marinate salmon belly with sauce and Creole for 10–15 minutes.
  • Air fry at 375°F, skin side up, 8–10 minutes until crispy and golden.
  • Build bowl with rice, broccoli salad (tossed with sauce), and cucumber.
  • Top with salmon, garnish with furikake, and serve hot.
