- 16 oz spaghetti noodles
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic
- 1-2 tsp Creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Parmesan for garnish
Cook spaghetti noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp, season with Creole seasoning, and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, condensed cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan, and a sprinkle of Creole seasoning. Stir until smooth and creamy.
