HOW LONG WILL THIS RAW POKE LAST?
You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. You can also judge the fish; make sure it doesn't have a slimy/extra fishy smell (which are signs of spoilage).
HOW TO SERVE POKE?
If you are serving this as an appetizer, you can serve this poke with some wonton chips, taro chips, tortilla chips, and even bite size seaweed wraps. If you are serving this as a main course, you can simple serve it over rice and make a delicious poke bowl. Top the bowl with some avocado slices, cucumbers, mix greens on the bottom for extra crunchy texture. The option is endless.
