In a bowl, toss the cod pieces with Kewpie mayo until evenly coated.
Combine the panko and Creole seasoning in the bowl. Dredge each mayo-coated cod nugget in the panko mixture, pressing lightly to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly spray the cod nuggets with cooking spray, on a parchment paper arrange the cods in a single layer.
Air fry the cod nuggets for 8-10 minutes, flip and air-fry for another 2-4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve these crispy cod nuggets with your favorite dipping sauce or over a salad for a light meal!
