Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures your flatbread will get crispy while the toppings cook to perfection.
Prepare the Flatbread: Place your flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, sauté the garlic until it becomes aromatic. Next, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Then, stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Creole seasoning. Mix everything well and bring it to a boil. Taste the mixture and add more cheese or seasoning to suit your taste. Finally, set it aside.
Spread a generous shrimp Alfredo sauce over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges. This will act as your pizza sauce, adding a rich, creamy base.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and pizza seasoning.
Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
Once baked, remove the flatbread from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley or basil. If you like a bit of spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes before serving.
