Ingredients

  • 2 flatbread crust (store-bought)
  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 5 garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • creole seasoning (or garlic, onion, salt and pepper)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • pizza seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures your flatbread will get crispy while the toppings cook to perfection.
  • Prepare the Flatbread: Place your flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan, sauté the garlic until it becomes aromatic. Next, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Then, stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Creole seasoning. Mix everything well and bring it to a boil. Taste the mixture and add more cheese or seasoning to suit your taste. Finally, set it aside.
  • Spread a generous shrimp Alfredo sauce over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges. This will act as your pizza sauce, adding a rich, creamy base.
  • Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and pizza seasoning.
  • Place the flatbread in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  • Once baked, remove the flatbread from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley or basil. If you like a bit of spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes before serving.
