Cuisine korean
- 1 12oz frozen cauliflower stir-fry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 oz kimchi, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen edamame
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- olive oil
Toppings (optional, but recommended)
- 1 fried egg
- Nori sheets
- 1 oz kimchi
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok, add the minced garlic, and cook until fragrant (1-2 min)
Add the chopped kimchi, and mix for another 1 minute.
Add the frozen cauliflower stir fry and edamame, let that cook through, and mix occasionally, or until the cauliflower is tender, 5-7 minutes. Stir-fry until no longer watery (you'll know it's done when the cauliflower starts to stick on the wok or skillet).
Once done, transfer cauliflower stir fry to a safe baking dish and top it with the corn kernels and mozzarella cheese.
Air-fry at 375F for 4-6 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Add nori sheets, fried egg, and more kimchi.
Serve immediately and Enjoy!
