
S’mores Brownies

Here’s a recipe for s’mores brownies:
What you’ll need
- 1 box sugar-free brownie mix (feel free to use whatever you prefer here)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 egg
- 3 graham crackers, break them into pieces/crumbs
- 8-10 marshmallows, cut them in twos or fours (preference is yours).
Note:
–If you have the mini marshmallows, add up to 1 cup.
-If you are using regular bow brownies, follow the box instructions/ingredients.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F (175C)—line parchment paper in an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Prepare brownie batter: in a bowl, add melted butter, water, and egg. Mix, then add the brownie mix.
- Break pieces of 1 1/2 graham crackers and sprinkle them on the brownie batter. (spread the pieces all around using a toothpick or chopsticks, graham pieces are all up to your preference).
- Bake for about 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean.
- Once done, remove the brownies from the oven, and switch the oven to HI BROIL.
- Top the baked brownies with marshmallows (space them out as much as possible). Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the marshmallows are charred and melted.
- Use a toothpick or marshmallow to spread out the marshmallow (this can get messy, but who cares, it’ll taste so good).
- Add the rest of the graham cracker pieces on top of the marshmallows.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Tips:
- For extra s’mores flavor, use chocolate graham crackers for the crust.
- If you don’t have a broiler, you can melt the marshmallows in the oven by placing the brownies on a baking sheet and baking them for a few minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Serve warm or cold brownies with a scoop of ice cream on the side.

- All ovens are not created equal, always follow the baking instruction on your brownie mix box.
