  4. Spray each muffin top circle with cooking spray. Scoop brownie batter on each circle, and then add 1 tbsp of mochi mixture to each batter. Add more brownie batter to cover the mochi completely. This should make 12 brownie bites.

  • 1/3 cup monk fruit (lakanto brand)
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • cooking spray (for the muffin top tray)
